Paris: This year I had one of the best experiences to visit Europe and of course Paris. Paris was so beautiful and I got to adventure the city with my loving family.

Hey guys, sorry for not being here a lot, I've honestly took a vacation with my family in the last two weeks. I am building a summer house to my design because of the new hobby. I’d never made anything larger than a kitchen seat before, so I am really proud of this. I guess it will spend whole summer days in my workshop. I all get into situations where my things go quickly, but the workshop is on fire because the space is limited so I was advised to have a water heater installed outside of the workspace (near my bathroom so I can use them in cold days as well).

There are several pointers, tips, and tricks to sitting comfortably in a chair. Comfortably means no back pain, no matter how long you sit (as long as you get up occasionally to use the facilities or get a drink). Elbow, calf, and thigh measure are all a part of it. As well as having an armrest on your chair, resting your eye level, and having some lower back support. Sitting in the same position for an extended period of time is bad for your back, even if you follow all the rules of proper posture. So make sure you at least get up to stretch every once in awhile.

It’s been quite busy over the past few weeks with lots happening! The house is really starting to take shape which is both exciting and infinitely frustrating at the same time. We can imagine what it will be like but it’s still at least about 6-8 weeks before everything will be done and we can move in and we just want to be able to get stuck in and get on with things – also we’re a bit tired of living in an apartment!

We really wanted a big skylight over the main kitchen island but when we looked at the spacing of the struts in the roof we weren’t sure it would fit.

Bred to be a working dog. Trained to be a working dog. And all of his life he’s been…you guessed it…a working dog.

Don’t worry, he enjoys it. Really. He is up early every morning running back and forth to the car checking that Matt hasn’t left without him. He is always eager, easily bored, and often lets Matt know when its time to get off the couch and down to the farm.

Because Matt works two jobs, when he is not headed down to the farm, Jim used to be tied up in the kennel. And he would be bored, very bored.

Then I came along.

Guys,Sorry for the lack of weblog yesterday, I was so tired when I got home and figured I’d catch up this morning as an alternative. Nicely yesterday we visited a Tibetan school in the morning and the River Water Projects in the afternoon. The Tibetan school was eye opening in that it created me understand the situations people have been in after the 2008 earthquake in Sichuan. This school was a boarding school for youngsters that lost their houses in the occasion.

People often say that having pimples is no big deal, but that’s far from true. There are no words to express the anger for this ugly fucking problem. I started getting pimple when I was in highschool and they won’t go away even I have tried every god damn topical I can get my hands. Sometimes, I hate my face so much! I lose confidence with all the acne scars that completely drained my self-esteem and my life and my future.

I have had bad varicose veins since I was 18 and I really hate the large, swollen blood vessels found predominantly in the legs. You guys are very lucky without varicose veins! I have had mine removed three times, and yes new ones pop up...and out! If you like me, one of the unlucky 55 percent of women in the United States who suffer from varicose veins, then simply following these ideas to prevent varicose veins, it will also make you feel healthier in general.
